With increased demand for tropical hardwoods growing around the world, supplies of primary species has become difficult with prices rising.  We are pleased to be able to say that our long history and partnerships with reputable suppliers has enabled us to maintain our stocks, and add some really exciting new species to our range.  This hardwood section of our website contains details of S/E Movingui and Padouk, both with FSC certification, also African Cedar, which we hope will be a good hardwood for the joinery conservatory markets.

We expect to see increased demand for hardwood decking following the introduction of the new 'no smoking laws' and we have increased our range of decking products to meet the demand.

Also, we have further extended our range of 'super prime' tempearate hardwoods to cover European hardwoods.  These grades have proved very useful to kitchen and cabinet makers.

We introduced our range of 'Woodex' laminated products this year, and our stock cover a wider range of sizes and species in line with growing demand.
