Made from 4mm thick MDF, Neatrout has an exceptional pre-sanded surface that is ready for painting or staining.
It is supplied in a variety of panel sizes from 1220 x 610mm (48" x 24"), through 1830 x 610mm (72" x 24") right up to 2440 x 1220mm (96" x 48"). This means that home interior projects can be undertaken economically, whilst larger panel sizes make it cost effective for contractors to undertake commercial projects.
In Europe Neatrout is most commonly used to cover radiators, as the panels allow the free movement of warm air through the system.

These are easily fitted to standard or bespoke surrounds and can be finished in a variety of ways for all environments.

Neatrout is ideal for use in public areas to create divisions and without completely enclosing off part of a restaurant, reception area or office.
Door Panels :
Perforated Neatrout panels can be applied to doors, fabric backgrounds or mirrors to create diverse decorative effects. Alternatively, they can be used on their own to provide ventilation where needed.

THE PRODUCT
Recently, Neat concepts have introduced 2440 x 1220mm panels for the professional woodworker. The Neatrout range is quite unlike any other range because it exclusively consists of routed MDF panels giving clean edges and finer definition to the finished product. The production process used, also allows greater design flexibility and gives the opportunity to produce smaller quantities of special designs at realistic costs.
The Standard Range
The designs Helsinki, Oslo, Berlin, Lyon and Florence have proven to be the most popular in a whole host of European and North American markets. In the UK they are held in stock in 1830 x 610mm (nominal) panel sizes manufactured from 4mm thick pre-sanded MDF.
Special Designs
Special designs including logos, can be produced in economical quantities at a realistic cost.
Open Areas
Each design has a slightly different open area in the range of 25% to 50%. Please refer to the picture of each design for the associated open area.
