James Latham Purfleet - Office Administration Assistant


James Latham, the leading Timber and Panel product distributor are currently looking for an ambitious Office Administration Assistant to join our established team at Purfleet.

The role will cover a wide range of admin duties including:

  • Document Importing

  • Daily use of Bistrack system

  • Cash ledger reconciliation for the depot

  • Dealing with customer sample requests

  • Shipping documentation

  • Due diligence for ISO and COC compliance for the depot

  • Sales team support

  • Supplier Invoices

Experience in Timber Products is an advantage, however full training will be provided on our systems and ways of working.
