Competition Time! How well do you know us ?

If you think you know Lathams, you may only know the half of it!

It’s a question we’ve been asking our customers; both existing and potential.

You’ve probably received a communication from us, or seen our new promotional film, explaining quite how broad our stock profile is. It’s certainly surprised some!

Once people have started to understand the breadth of products they can buy from us, their next step is often to buy it from us (well, to be honest. It’s usually to ask how much they have to pay for them, but you know what we mean!).

To reward customers who are buying new product ranges from us, we’ve set up our ‘Winter? Warmer?’ competition, running throughout December and January. The lucky winner gets to choose between a long weekend (4 days) in Helsinki, Finland (Winter!) or Rioja, Spain (Warmer!), in 2020. You see, we’ve thought of everything, even if you prefer to take your holidays in the ice and snow or heat of the sun!

You don’t have to do anything to enter either. During February, we’ll analyse all our orders through December and January to see who qualifies, then randomly draw the winner. This lucky individual will then get to make their choice of location and we’ll do the rest.

The rules are simple. You just need to:

• Place a minimum of £1,000 of orders in the competition period

• The orders must be for a new product line, or one that you have not purchased between June and November 2019.

So come on, why not spread your purchases a little wider and put yourself in with a chance of landing a great break at a top location in one of Europe’s greatest regions.

Terms and conditions:

1. Minimum of £1000 spend in the competition period

2. Products must be either a new product line to you, or one not purchased between June and November 2019

3. New accounts spending minimum of £1000 will be automatically entered

4. All orders must be paid for before prize is taken.

5. This promoter of this competition is Lathams Limited, company registration number 967247, registered office Unit 3, Swallow Park, Finway Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7QU

6. The competition is open to customers of Lathams Limited residing in the United Kingdom, except for employees of Lathams Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation and judging of the competition.

7. Entrants agree that consent has been given for further marketing of the Lathams Limited products to be sent to the details provided when entering the competition.

8. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible customers identified by Lathams Limited. The judges’ decision is final.

10. The winner will be notified before the 29^th February 2020. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winners name will be published on http://www.lathamtimber.co.uk once selected.

11. The winner agrees to the use of their business’ name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection regulations and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.

12. Lathams Limited, its staff and directors, do not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting and using the prize.

13. By entering the competition, an entrant is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
