A range of sizes are stocked by James Latham nationally, up to 4200 x 1830mm (44mm & 54mm), but specific sizes outside of stock are also available.  Moralt’s full production press size is 5200 x 2070mm. 

Moralt Laminesse FireSmoke MDF faced door blanks have been tested to EN1634-1 (E130).  These tests include a range of high-end design options: 

• Single aperture glazing up to 2.5m2

• Electronic finger-print locks

• Flush glazing

• Glass over-and side-panels up to 4m² (each side)

• Concealed hinges

• Flush and rebated door leaves
   

Moralt FireSmoke MDF faced doors (54mm) have been acoustically tested to a dB35 performance as flush doors (singles and pairs) with Norsound seals making the door product compliant to the School BB93 document.
